The quality of our services is ensured through the continuous improvement process of our quality system. Our staff is committed to becoming familiar with the Quality Management System (QMS) documentation by maintaining a quality system in compliance with the standards NMX-EC-17020-IMNC-2014 and NMX-EC-17025-IMNC-2018.

OTM is committed to performing inspection and testing activities, managing conflicts of interest, and ensuring the objectivity of its activities in compliance with established procedures and standards, without intending to benefit or harm any client requesting its services. Any identified risks to impartiality are mitigated in accordance with the corresponding procedures.

This Quality Policy is maintained through the implementation and upkeep of OTM's quality system and is disseminated at all levels of the organization through staff training.
